I had an excellent experience with this company. They started my job within days of the estimate. They were very neat and professional. My bathroom came out amazing and I am perfectionist so I have hign expectations, they were exceeded!!
Joe came exactly on time for estimate - once he provided me with an estimate I was put in contact with his office manager Rossi she was pleasant and so patient and accommodating. Everything was done so professionally. We scheduled the job and the installers arrived on time - they installed my flooring , protected the work area and were efficient, respectful and neat. They were so careful not to leave a door open as they were bringing material in or cutting the material, they knew I have 2 dogs and were very mindful . They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Pagano to anyone looking for flooring work done. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with
I went to Floor and Decor for material upon purchasing the supplied a service called Installation Made Easy, so I figured okay this is easy. Called and they supplied a contractor, "Pagano Tile and Remodeling" someone showed up Joe i think?, don't quote me and was very nice told him that I would do the demo which I have experience doing and told them what exactly to expect under the old floor. Time came for install, now it took me about 1 1/2 weeks to demo due to my schedule, you think someone would have reached out to inspect or a foreman to look and see what to expect so crew is prepared. Come the day of install, crew shows up, main guy was very condescending, but okay, must have a miserable personal life whatever. Main guy begins to tell me this and that with the floor, making it sound more complicated, now mind you I told them exactly to the "T" what to expect, because I installed old floor 13 years earlier. I already prepurchase the plani-patch for leveling ply-wood and so on, I did get plywood to make up the roughly 3/8" difference from the three separate areas. This was a problem, I knew what was coming.....$, on top of this everything was an issue, now they told me the ply wood is no good, they would have to go get different plywood and it would cost more........to cut it short I told them to leave. I believe Joe called me, we exchange words like men which is fine, so I exchange words he calls me wise ass, lol, thanks for understanding me guy, I guess it was received, all while he was being a wise ass, ironic...... Flash forward hired another guy within a day, not through installation made easy, guy showed up, looked told me everything looked good, material was fine, told me I did not need leveler, we worked it out, charged me equivalent to what Pagano was charging, two days, floor done, beautiful couldn't be happier. Floor level and in, no drama. Installation made easy refunded deposit. This set me back about two days on kitchen work which then snowballed, which is reason for 2 stars. So not knocking this companies work, might be great I do not know, never got that far. Just giving my review on what went down. Good luck all who are reading this.

Pagano Tile installed my kitchen backsplash this week. I was extremely happy with all aspects of the project. There was frequent communication back and forth to get the project started. All employees were polite and respectful. The installation crew wore masks the entire time. All counter tops and floor surfaces were covered and protected. The finished project is beautiful and they did a superb job cleanuing up. I will definitely be recommending Pagano tile to all my family, friends and new neighbors.
