Roy was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, patient and communicated efficiently. He brainstormed with me to find a solution to my unquie problem. Downspouts were missing on top gutters most likely causing water to spill over and come into crawlspace down into garage. He was able to have his crew come and install them the next day. He was considerate and very helpful, showing me where the aluminum flashing was allowing water to get in. Ultimately, it wasn't a job that made sense for his company, but he advised me how to make the repair myself. Great service.
