We had a gate replaced, a new gate installed with some panels and some hedges taken out. Santos showed up early for the estimate and gave advice and options on what we could do. The pricing was reasonable and we were able to schedule quick due to a cancellation. The crew took their time to make sure everything was done right and cleaned up the work area. It’s a nice change to find a company that cares about their reputation and the work they do. I will definitely be using Hernandez Tree Care Service for any future projects. Thank you Santos and crew!
I have worked with Santos before and called him back for this project because he has always done an excellent job and this time was no different. Additionally I had a short timeframe since I had dozens of guests coming for my granddaughter’s 3rd birthday party. He had his staff show up on 2 Sundays to make sure it was going to be done. They finished on time and all my guests were very impressed with the work. Also, his staff was very easy to work with, polite and cleaned up every day. Always a wonderful experience.
We observed this team removing a tree around the corner from our Brentwood property. We stopped & got a business card. SANTOS is a great communicator. He was able to come by and provide an assessment. He assures his team’s insurance and registration with business services. Two quotes were provided by email based on our consultation. He was knowledgeable about our interests. He gave suggestions which we appreciated. An email followed our discussion. All quotes & coms are simultaneous (text, phone call, email). We accepted the quote to remove very large oak trees. The price was competitive. The crew who removed the trees were productive, careful , clean and courteous from start to finish. The tree was cut one day. The second day was stump removal due to high winds a & equipment readiness. The teams were early which is on time for my standards. Crews were at the property 7:30 am, ready and setting up. During the services, the crew communicated all concerns such as moving the children’s slide or any of our personal belongings. They performed the removal with rope as promised by leadership. Cleaned up as quoted. They left the stump mulch. We are fine with that mulch. We intend to use for a fence line garden bed project. So we are happy with this. Overall, this company exceeded our expectations. We are extremely satisfied with the experience. We highly recommend.
2nd time, Perfect job! Tall evergreen trimmed perfectly. Trees along my pool and fence were removed. Trees fell perfectly to not damage property. Clean up along the way and perfect completion, great staff. Highly recommended!
Santos and his team did an amazing job removing trees, shrubs, and debris from our garbage. From the moment the team arrived onsite, to the final cleanup they were respectful, worked quickly and did everything we discussed at a reasonable price point.
