I'm very pleased and satisfied with Egress Pros. The whole process was seamless from meeting with the sales rep to installation. The salesman answered all of my questions and concerns.The install team was on time, neat, delicate and finished the job in just 6 hours. I was a little worried because there were sprinklers where I wanted my window. There was no need to worry because this company digs the hole by hand and the sprinklers weren't an issue. The window is well built and brings a lot of light to my basement. It's nice to have fresh air in the basement. The window not only opens for egress it also opens from the top and has a screen. I honestly never knew the whole process would be so easy. I highly recommend this company.They have over 450 five star reviews with pictures and happy customers including myself.
Everything went as planned, which is always good. Ron gave us a good estimate and was thorough explaining everything and scheduling the installation. Miguel and his team were efficient and professional throughout the installation, and as a result, the egress window looks great! Lastly, I even got to speak with the CFO Glen and he was down-to-earth and a nice guy. All-in-all, we are very pleased with our choice to use Egress Pros.
What a great process! Ron, the owner, was amazing from start to finish. He was patient and answered every single question we threw at him! He was never pushy. He was very clear about the egress window installation and costs. Juan, the crew leader, was amazing the day of the install! I still am in awe the three workers dug the hole by hand and completed the installation process in one work day. They were clean and polite. When Juan and his crew were finished, he showed us how the window works and answered all of new questions. We even had some rain since the install and everything is dry! I highly recommend using Egress Pros for your egress window needs!
Egress Pros did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier. I have to admit how nervous I was having my foundation cut, but they were great to work with, super careful and the results speak for themselves. They had to remove the existing above grade window and re-brick the space it left. Carlos and his crew were terrific and the installation was done in a day. Now we can rest easy knowing our daughter is safe living in the basement.
