Liam and his crew were hired for our extensive revision to our existing kitchen and new deck. They were always on time and had great communication from the time of bidding, during construction and afterwards during the punch list items. Liam and his team just completed a complete remodel of our kitchen and it came out great! His communication is very timely and his contractors are top notch. Liam Burke and Co. came highly recommended by one of our close friends. We wanted skilled workers, fully reliable and trustable (as we both work, and no one is at home). In Burke Construction we found a great set of workers, carpenters, tile setters, and in Liam Burke, a very friendly and considerate/thoughtful contractor who worked with us through out the process. We started work on four bathrooms remodeling and also planned to do some work on the half finished basement. We started on April 2022, thinking the work would last for about four months, but the delays due to availability of material with supply chain issues last year, it did finally take took us another four more months. Liam worked with us accommodating our needs, going about the work very professionally and adjusting to every need we had as we went through the disruptions in life which are inevitable when the parts of the house are being remodeled. All workers were skilled, clean, and very friendly and polite. They isolated areas to minimize the dust, and cleaned up extremely well daily and when each of the subproject was done. They painted the interior of the house, helped change crown moldings, light fixtures whenever we got them the material. Needless to say but we are VERY happy with the outcome. We treated them like friends and they to us. I recommend Burke Construction very very highly. If there is any future need, I will first call Liam for sure. Thank you Liam Burke and his team.
