Exceptionally great workmanship and teamwork . They arrived on time. Tape the area the window would be installed so that dust would be contained and not spread in that entire area of the lower level. They cleaned up after themselves and then showed me how to use the window. Their service is top of the line. You definitely get what you pay for with them. I don’t usually do reviews (good or bad) but I needed to express my wonderful experience with Egress Pro. From my first call to set up an appointment, to the finish product was a pleasure. I felt extremely comfortable with Ron. I trusted him from the minute I met him. He is a man of his word and there was no doubt in my mind that if I was going to proceed with the work I was going with Egress Pro. I had estimates for lower costs but paid more to go with this highly reliable company. It was installed yesterday and my gut was correct. I am thrilled with my new window. It has changed my entire basement. Miguel was here 35 minutes early followed by the rest of his crew. Miguel made sure the work was done to perfection and my yard was swept clean and all garbage removed. The finish product photo is attached. As you can see. I can’t say enough about my experience. What a great process! Ron, the owner, was amazing from start to finish. He was patient and answered every single question we threw at him! He was never pushy. He was very clear about the egress window installation and costs. Juan, the crew leader, was amazing the day of the install! I still am in awe the three workers dug the hole by hand and completed the installation process in one work day. They were clean and polite. When Juan and his crew were finished, he showed us how the window works and answered all of new questions. We even had some rain since the install and everything is dry! I highly recommend using Egress Pros for your egress window needs!
