Called at 7:30am on a Monday morning because AC had broken over the night. Received a text that a technician was on their way at 9:30am. It took some digging, but they found the problem, were very clear about what they had to do and pricing before continuing with the service call. Our AC was back up and running by noon and they also completed a heating check to ensure our burner was in good condition for the upcoming cool weather. Thank you Rich and your team. Rich was unbelievable. My issue took time to diagnose and fix. He started with the lower cost items first and kept us posted along the way with each thing he was trying next.
