Anybody who plans on dealing with this company needs to get their head checked. They seem impressive, competent & high quality initially and then disappear altogether leaving you stranded & wishing they hadn't picked up your phone call from the start. Our work was left incomplete and I had to hire another company to finish what was started after over 60 days of radio silence and no call back. The "office" is a call answering service; the only calls that get returned are new inquiries. It's no wonder the somewhat positive reviews below are merely repairs. I selected one star, but if there were an option to select zero stars I would have. I didn't want to post this, but I can't imagine there won't be other victims so I am. Do yourself a favor and run.
Elite group, especially Rich were super knowledgeable and helped to repair my ground source heat pump quickly and correctly. They were very responsive and the whole experience was a pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Someone came in to perform my routine winter turn on service. I was told all the signals were getting sent but the coils were not heating up. It took almost 24-hours to receive my quote and a vague report about what was wrong. I forwarded it to my home warranty company and was told that it was too vague to decide if the issue was covered. It has been almost 1 full week since the warranty company asked for a more detailed report, and 5 days since I contacted them again and there has been no response AT ALL! This is not the first time I dealt with this company, they also burned my siding when changing my AC unit outside. Should have learned my lesson then.
Great service. I have used Elite on a few occasions. They are always quick to respond. I called this morning at 8 am and Rich was here by 1030 am and fixed my boiler issue. Thank you for the great service.
