Needed my gas hot water heater replaced as mine began leaking. Colleen and Jana set up the job effortlessly when I called for a replacement. Matt and Joel arrived and were friendly and pleasant to deal with. They were clean, drop cloths placed down where they were going to be working, and the job was completed in a professional manner. Very happy with the service and job and will use them again and recommend them.
I had a full 35 year old AC and Furnace system replaced and asked for apples-to-apples quote against other companies, who included recommended replacement of the electric disconnect and line set due to age and safety. I emailed and verbally confirmed with the office this would be done as part of the job, as the verbiage of the proposal was generic "system replacement." I noticed the disconnect wasn't replaced at the end of the job so they corrected this, but I didn't notice the line set wasn't replaced. After I notified them, I was told for several months that they would make it right, but my calls are now being dodged. I have politely called many times and offered to be flexible in scheduling around their time and even to cover the extra service labor, to no avail.
A component in my gas furnace failed in late October. The temperature had dropped. Flynn Aire sent their technician the next day. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace. It would have been several cold days and nights waiting for another company. Thanks Flynn Aire!
Shaun came to do the startup of our heating system. It was a very good experience. He was friendly, efficient competent and neat. He represents Flynn-Aire very well.
We were charged $175 for a service charge. We had a leak on the elbow joint of one of the water lines. A leak that is clearly visible and does not need any diagnosis. Flinn completed the job and sent us two bills, one for service and one does the actual work. I called to question the service charge. I spoke to two individuals and was then transferred to Kimberly, who definitely needs customer training. At no point during our conversation did I say I was not paying the bill. I was not even disrespectful to her but I was questioning the validity of the bill. Her immediate response was "don't pay the bill, I will put a lean on your house". How obnoxious. What kind of customer service is this. I never, in any way, implied I will not pay the bill. That's when I lost it. In addition, we had a window of 1:00-4:00pm. The tech did not showed up until 5. I understand some jobs take longer than anticipated but no one called. The response claimed I am lying. Attached the recordings to show the public who is lying
