I am grateful to have found and hired Joe. I found him luckily one of my neighbors was using him and saw his truck. The best decision I made was to hire Joe’s Custom Installation… when I saw his truck in my neighborhood and how clean it was and the workers looked efficient I gave Joe a call. My units were very old and needed to be replaced in this horrific heat Joe was able to keep them running for 2 weeks until he could get his crew here to get the job done since he was booked. His crew was so efficient, clean, HARD WORKING especially in this heat, respectful, knowledgeable - I was so impressed with my attic and the outside units when they were completed. Jason the technician who worked on the outside units was stellar at his job and extremely knowledgeable and takes HVAC classes so his knowledge far surpassed my expectations! Joe hires the best of the best. He just doesn’t hire handymen these guys knew exactly what they were doing and I can’t say enough how efficient and stellar they were. Also thank you to the foreman on my job Dom! He was stellar as well ran the job perfect!! I have had experience in the past with different HVAC companies and they don’t even compare to the high level of service that Joe’s team offers! I highly recommend this company. I have attached picture of my outside units. My house finally house efficient air and steady AC through out my house. Thank you Joe and your team!
One star review is just for their pricing. 11000$ to install a very simple 2 zone split system. Online, same exact system costs approximately 3500$ plus some low voltage cable a few pipes and plastic cable management, whatever accessories they need is let's say 4000-4500$. And this is generous pricing with tax included. 6500-7000$ just for the installation? Electrical is already done, basically drill a few holes in a thin wall/siding, connect everything, vacuum the system and release the refrigerant into the system. Oh yes, low voltage cable is included hahah. This is a comedy. This kind of installation in Europe costs probably 200$ let's be generous and say 500$ with an authorized LG or other brand installer and a nice tip. And includes 5 year warranty. Again, this one star is only for their pricing so it warns other people to look somewhere else. I am not rating the wasted week because they lost my e-mail, misspelled my last name etc.

I am ever so grateful for Joe’s support and service for my 97 year old mother. She called me extremely upset and scared because her air conditioning went off during one of the hottest days on record. I reached out to Joe and he responded immediately. Not only that, he understood the urgency with her age and her worried state of mind. The service was completed and he followed up with the both of us to make sure that it was working well.
