Pagano tile and remodeling did a wonderful job on putting down concrete work on my backyard. The workers came on time, very professional and was punctual. The work was completed in timely fashion manner. You guys did a great job. Well done 👍🏼 Joe came and gave me an estimate on how much it would cost. And I was able to put it into my budget. And Kathy his receptionist was very polite and courteous. I gave her the dates when I would like the installation to be done and it was done accordingly. Excellent job!
Pagano Tile repaired the grout in my bathroom that a previous contractor installed.I had called numerous companies, many never returned my call. Pagano tile came and gave an estimated quickly. Joe was honest and gave a fair estimate. Nelson, Saul and Alex were professionals. They asked if I was happy with the color of the grout and allowed me to change the color from white to gray. This made me ecstatic! They replaced a tile that had a hairline fracture. From the estimate to the completion of the job I can only say that this was a great experience. The office is well managed and communicative. I am highly satisfied with the entire experience with Pagano Tile, their knowledge and skill regarding tile is exemplary!

Joe came exactly on time for estimate - once he provided me with an estimate I was put in contact with his office manager Rossi she was pleasant and so patient and accommodating. Everything was done so professionally. We scheduled the job and the installers arrived on time - they installed my flooring , protected the work area and were efficient, respectful and neat. They were so careful not to leave a door open as they were bringing material in or cutting the material, they knew I have 2 dogs and were very mindful . They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Pagano to anyone looking for flooring work done. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with
