Joe came exactly on time for estimate - once he provided me with an estimate I was put in contact with his office manager Rossi she was pleasant and so patient and accommodating. Everything was done so professionally. We scheduled the job and the installers arrived on time - they installed my flooring , protected the work area and were efficient, respectful and neat. They were so careful not to leave a door open as they were bringing material in or cutting the material, they knew I have 2 dogs and were very mindful . They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Pagano to anyone looking for flooring work done. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with

Completely reliable and great work. We had a small job to do which was to regrout around the tub and shower area. They quoted the job ahead of time, showed up exactly when they said they would, covered up the floors where they were walking, and completed the job perfectly. Pagano Tile installed my kitchen backsplash this week. I was extremely happy with all aspects of the project. There was frequent communication back and forth to get the project started. All employees were polite and respectful. The installation crew wore masks the entire time. All counter tops and floor surfaces were covered and protected. The finished project is beautiful and they did a superb job cleanuing up. I will definitely be recommending Pagano tile to all my family, friends and new neighbors.
I can’t recommend Pagano Tile highly enough. 3 day job of removing a vinyl floor, prepping and laying ceramic tile. They arrived on time, worked all day and cleaned up at the end of each day. Their suggestions on how to lay the tile was spot on. Oscar is truly a master craftsman. If you decide on getting a new ceramic floor do yourself a favor and contact Pagano.
