Showed up on time with knowledgeable pleasant staff. The work was done quickly and professionally. No bs, no excuses, just exactly what you would want when changing a heating plant on a 30 degree day. Clean professional perfect installation the first time. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all the debris. A+++… Just nice professional people…Would highly recommend!!!

Kudos to HVAC Technicians Steve and Pat at Cool Power!!! Over the weekend the heat shut down at my business. By 10:00 Am on Monday, I had to send my staff home because the office was way too cold. I called 3 HVAC companies; 1 that I used in the past & 2 others that I found on Google. Cool Power was the only that could come the same day. The company I used in the past couldn't get there till the next afternoon. Steve the technician was at my office within 2 hours. He was fantastic!! He quickly diagnosed the problem, very clearly explained everything to me and got the heat back up and running within an hour even though I still needed a new belt and 3 new filters. Steve ordered the parts & Pat (another great guy) installed them the nest day before lunchtime. I highly recommend Cool Power. What a great 1st impression !!!
