Over the past five years, I've had Peter out to my house on three separate occasions to provide an inspection and a quote to replace my 20 year old AC system. Each time he came, he was courteous, polite and patient So finally I pull a trigger and purchased a signature heat pump system, and let me say, when Emerson and his crew showed up, they were amazing. They laid down tarps on the floors, carried in heavy equipment, didn't scratch a single wall. I am so impressed, with my install which took two days. Then, once the system was installed this crew clean up thoroughly. Emerson took pictures of my attic of the installed air handler and provided an overview of the system. This was one of the best experiences I've had with any installation. I would definitely recommend these guys. You can't go wrong.
We were looking to get an a/c system put in our cape cod. We had a company come in on June 7th and tell us they could only put the mini split system in cape cod homes and explained how big a job it would be, etc., etc. I don’t like the look of the mini splits but thought that was our only option. They gave us a quote that was quite high. Our next appointment was with Duane from Cool Power on June 9th. What a pleasure he was to speak with. He immediately said they could do central air in our home. Later that afternoon, he sent me a quote (which was a lot lower than quote for the mini splits). I signed with Cool Power immediately. This was right before this heat wave started and they got our central air put in the following week! Emerson and Ronald and their entire crew were so respectful. They kept us updated on their progress and answered any questions or concerns we had. Within 2 days, we had our central air up and running! They cleaned up after they were done and did such a good job, you’d never know we had any work done. We are so thankful to have come across such an amazing company! Cannot say enough good things about Cool Air. There is no BS with them. From our first meeting with Duane, it was smooth sailing to get this done. We could not be happier with our central air!
