After shopping around for contractors, I read the Google reviews for Richard and it was the best choice. Richard was able to assess the job by the pictures I sent him and his estimate was fair (not the best price, but fair). Richard and his associate, Mel, were very professional all throughout the process. So professional in fact, that Richard didn’t even accept payment until the work was completed.
