Suffolk Plumbing was an excellent choice in all aspects of the situation. They scheduled promptly, arrived timely & performed with competence & professionalism. Noticed a leak from the 2nd floor main drain pipe through to the basement. Plumber arrived & from the first floor garage level needed to open the wall to expose the hole in the pipe. However, there was significant mold in the sheet rock & insulation. This mold needed to be addressed before further work could be done. They plugged the pipe as an interim fix, which allowed us to use in the interim the upstairs facilities. They recommended a mold restoration company who in turn recommended an air quality test company. Both turned out to be excellent recommendations. When the mold work was completed & testing done Suffolk was called. Again immediate scheduling & timely arrival. Leaking pipe was fixed. They knew what to do & competently completed the work. Again, excellent choice. I would use Suffolk Plumbing again & recommend them in a heartbeat.
