I’ve used Tom in the past for some roof repair work. He has always been very polite and professional. Now today I noticed my siding has pulled away. Tom and his guys immediately came and repaired my issue. He was nice enough to repair my siding which was unrelated to my previous roof work. Tom & his crew were great!!! Friendly, courteous & respectful. They cleaned up every part of my yard to a tee (was a bit worried with having 2 dogs who have full roam of the yard... but nothing to worry about). Price was on par with the other 3 quotes. Full rip & install in 2 days (have a larger hip roof)...all valleys done with ice barrier, re-flashed the chimney area & installed an attic fan. Very happy with the quality of work done by Tom Jannace Roofing Inc. We definitely recommend using Tom & his crew for any roof work.
Tom Jannace and his son Nick did an excellent job on out GAF roof installation. Skylights and gutters were also replaced. Price was very fair. The crew were neat and did a great job. Tom and Nick were at the job site almost the entire time. Would highly recommend.
