If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Tom and his crew did a full roof replacement for us. His pricing was fair, his communication was excellent, and their workmanship was very professional. He was even able to improve our attic ventilation and correct a previous framing issue we had. The roof looks great and we could not be more satisfied with whole experience. Highly recommended!
I’ve used Tom in the past for some roof repair work. He has always been very polite and professional. Now today I noticed my siding has pulled away. Tom and his guys immediately came and repaired my issue. He was nice enough to repair my siding which was unrelated to my previous roof work. However I called him because I knew he would be willing to help me out. He even went as far as to repair my siding at no charge! Tom and his business is an absolute pleasure! Tom & his crew were great!!! Friendly, courteous & respectful. They cleaned up every part of my yard to a tee (was a bit worried with having 2 dogs who have full roam of the yard... but nothing to worry about). Price was on par with the other 3 quotes. Full rip & install in 2 days (have a larger hip roof)...all valleys done with ice barrier, re-flashed the chimney area & installed an attic fan. Very happy with the quality of work done by Tom Jannace Roofing Inc. We definitely recommend using Tom & his crew for any roof work.
